Better energy. A body you're proud of. A life you actually enjoy.
It starts with understanding food — and it doesn't stop there.
I'll walk with you through the whole journey.
I grew up eating everything I wanted — paani puri, late nights, no schedule, no rules. I was a small-town girl building a career in the corporate world, and food was never something I thought twice about.
Then one day I stepped on a scale and saw 86kg. It had crept up quietly. The guilt crept up too — in fitting rooms, at parties, in the small moments where I'd shrink myself to not be noticed.
The turning point came during the lockdown. For the first time, I had space to ask myself: is this really how I want to live?
I started small. Morning walks. Cutting back, not cutting out. My husband helped me discover that healthy food doesn't have to be tasteless — that with a little creativity, eating well could actually be something I looked forward to. I started reading, training, experimenting. And somewhere along the way, I fell in love with nutrition.
From 86kg to 55kg — but more than the number, I found energy I didn't know I had. Confidence that wasn't tied to what I was wearing. A relationship with food that felt sustainable, not punishing.
I went on to earn my Nutrition Certification and Diploma from OWA (internationally recognised). But honestly? My most important qualification is that I've lived this journey. I know the myths. I know the guilt. I know what it feels like to start.
I'm a General Manager at a corporate company by day — so I also know what it means to be busy, stressed, and time-poor. The plans I build are for real life. Not Instagram.
